"Larry Kim's Latest Scheme..."
Larry Kim is back with his latest venture, Mobile Monkey, and it’s just as shady as before. After Wordstream, now he’s pushing a chatbot service with the same old tricks. The marketing is just as misleading, and they’re using SEO tactics to bury all the complaints that keep stacking up online.

For months now, they’ve been charging my credit card without any resolution from the banks. Honestly, the service is a complete joke.

How does this guy keep pulling off these scams and raking in cash from small businesses?

Anyone thinking of investing in this terrible man should really reconsider and be ready to face the consequences.

"Steer clear of this company."
After checking out the other one-star reviews, it’s all been covered. This business is unresponsive and misleading. Their Local IQ service focuses on PPC advertising. They overlook everything you’d expect from a competent agency. It’s like they just toss your ad out there, and if it doesn’t perform, they don’t lift a finger to make it better. That’s the whole reason for hiring an agency! Anyone can throw up a failing ad. Every interaction I had with them felt like this. Very unprofessional.

"My Experience with Wordstream After 6 Years"
Having been a Wordstream customer for nearly six years and shelling out £220 each month, I’ve forked over a whopping £13,200 in total fees. I was on the 'Agency Fixed For Life Offer,' but there was a stretch of two years when I couldn’t use the software because I was busy building a house. I kept the payments going to maintain my deal. Then, I got an email and some calls telling me they were shutting down Wordstream and I had to switch to LocaliQ. Unfortunately, that just didn’t cut it for me; it lacked the features I loved in Wordstream. So, in the end, I ended up wasting over £5,000 during those two years, all because their 'Agency Fixed For Life' promise turned out to be a total sham.

"AVOID THIS SERVICE!"
DON'T JOIN! There’s no way to cancel your account, and if you reach out, crickets. I've been attempting to cancel for weeks with zero replies, so I had to contact my credit card company to stop any upcoming charges. It's unbelievable that they can operate without a cancellation feature, SUPER UNETHICAL. Seriously, just steer clear.

"Stay Away from This Service!"
Stay away from this service! Seriously, just don’t do it!

They’ve got their sales crew on deck 24/7 to help you out until you sign on the dotted line. Once that’s done, get ready for some rough service, and good luck trying to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle. I’m not sure how they manage to keep that 5-star rating, but as someone who’s actually used this service, I’d recommend steering clear of it.

"Avoid the sales pitch trap"
Steer clear of the sales pitch trap. This is the worst kind of PPC scam out there. They keep charging you and make it hard to escape their overpriced platform. If I had the option, I'd give zero stars. Even though my account rep was quite helpful, trying to ensnare small businesses during tough times is just wrong.

"I wish I could rate this zero stars"
I wish I could rate this zero stars. The sales pitch that got me interested was fantastic, but sadly, everything that followed turned out to be the worst experience I've ever had, both in terms of customer support and technical know-how. They launched pricey campaigns without any proper initial meetings or discussions, no phone calls, and the email responses were painfully slow. When I finally decided to cancel, I was supposed to get a pretty hefty refund, but I’m still waiting on that. Seriously, don’t just walk away—run from this company; they’re like the fast food of terrible service all around.

"Decent software, but support needs work"
The software itself is solid, but I can't recommend their Plus package. The consultants don’t really contribute much to the campaigns and keep asking you the same questions, making you repeat yourself over and over. It took over a week for their implementation crew to handle a simple change (like adding a pixel). So, while the software is alright, you might wanna reconsider the Plus plan.

"Total waste of my hard-earned cash"
I got roped into trying out WordStream's services by a smooth-talking sales rep. They definitely didn't deliver on what they promised. The personalized support I was meant to receive never showed up, but I still got charged the full amount. During the one call I did have, there was a dog barking in the background the whole time (this was before COVID).

If you're a start-up like I was, trying to stretch your budget, this is just throwing money down the drain. Look for better options. I sent multiple emails to the company and they offered me an extension on the service, but no refund. Why would I want to prolong the pain of a service that doesn’t exist?

If you're looking into other choices, just keep moving.

"A Year as a Customer"
For around a year now, I've been using this service. Sadly, I haven't received what I expected. It's been tough to get a callback; I've tried calling and chatting for the last couple of months to end my service, but no one gets back to me. Tomorrow, they'll be drafting my next payment again. I thought I had canceled a few months back.

If I had the chance to do it over, I definitely wouldn't have signed up at all.

WordStream has really helped me hone in on the bigger PPC marketing strategies and objectives by providing me with the resources to handle daily upkeep. The proposal writing feature has saved me tons of time on research and forecasting. Susie Marino has shown outstanding expertise in the program and great interpersonal skills, and I'm excited about building a long and successful partnership.

"Awesome experience!"
Wordstream is fantastic for handling campaigns on both Google and Bing. I really dig the match type feature since it simplifies creating broad match modified keywords. The 20-minute workweek is a real gem for uncovering quick wins to enhance performance. Plus, the support and onboarding process was super detailed.

"Our experience has been pretty rough..."
We're really not enjoying our time with Wordstream. We began using their platform for ads, but they switched things up and cut out feeds. Now, we've been pushed to another company, GODATAFEED, which is just as frustrating as Wordstream and charges a whole lot more for the same stuff. We're left with campaigns that lack a feed. It's a complete disaster, and Workstream keeps taking our money without fixing anything. Right now, I can't suggest Wordstream to anyone. Plus, you have to schedule calls weeks ahead just to talk to someone, and if you're unlucky, they might cancel on you at the last minute. Just terrible service.
